Over a number of one-to-one lessons, you will become more mindful of your posture and the role it plays. By gentle adjustment and verbal instruction, you will learn to consciously release tense muscles. And you will be guided in how to sit, stand, walk and perform daily activities free from stiffness and strain.When you are mindful of your actions and re-actions in daily living, it can be a powerful tool for relieving stress and physical strain. With Alexander Technique lessons, we believe that you will learn to bring a degree of conscious choice into your day-to-day living.

Remember that the Alexander Technique is not an exercise regime or a therapy. It is more a skill for daily living that helps you to overcome physical strain and stress that restrict your quality of life.
