Better Posture Better HealthHello and welcome to my website. My name is Frank Kennedy and I have been helping people all over Dublin and Ireland for over 40 years using the Alexander Technique. This technique is a truly practical solution to the stresses and physical strains of modern living.

It will help you to:

  • Be mindful of your actions and reactions in daily life.
  • Alleviate stress and physical strain.
  • Relieve neck, back and joint pain, tension headaches and fatigue.  Learn to sit, stand, walk and perform daily activities with freedom and ease. 

The Alexander Technique is best practised through one-to-one lessons  and these take 30 minutes each. It doesn’t matter what age you are – the technique can help you to look better, move better, feel better and make positive changes to your life.  It is not an exercise regime or therapy session. I see it as a skill for life that could make a major difference to you and your wellbeing.
